No matter what happened in 2023, let’s look to the future and what could change in 2024. Many common resolutions, like eat less sugar, exercise more regularly, and improve sleep will only last the first weeks. Ring in the new year right by focusing on sexual pleasure and orgasmic fun.

Ask for What you Want

Be sexually assertive! Don’t feel ashamed or guilty about asking for things. Now is the time to focus on your own sexual self-care.

Solo Pleasure

Some feel that masturbation or self-pleasuring is over-indulgent. Really, self-pleasure allows you to explore your body. You can also better understand your erotic response and erogenous zones. This year, take the time to learn about your body.

New Sex Toys

Many women still feel shy about buying a vibrator or other sexual accessories. Allow yourself the opportunity to shop, buy, and use a new sex toy to enhance your sexual eroticism.

Vow to Not Fake

Some women may pretend to have orgasms, despite the fact that they did not achieve their pinnacle of sexual release. The reason may be to protect your partner’s feelings. Don’t feign an orgasm but consider open communication with your partner. Focus on remedies that could improve your sexual situation.

Prolong Foreplay

We are often goal-oriented and focused on achieving simultaneous orgasms. Don’t become so focused on the finish line that you forget about the journey. Pledge to focus on erotic foreplay. Prolong outercourse. Make the journey full of erotic sensation. Consider prolonged sessions of oral sex or an erotic shower to get the sexual energy charging!

Acceptance

Accept your body, your age, and physical appearance without judgement, criticism, or guilt. Sexual dynamism comes in all shapes and sizes. Focusing on our potentially minor shortcomings may distract from sexual self-esteem and impact our sexual experience.

Novelty

Change up your sexual script. Try a new position or discover a new body part. Sexual exploration may bring great and pleasurable rewards. Consider reading sexually oriented books. Research online if you need some suggestions. Try reading erotic stories or watching some porn.

Take Some Risk

Fulfill your sexual fantasies. Interested in trying a blindfold? Want to experiment with naughty sexual positions? Pushing yourself out of your hum drum comfort zone may ignite your sexual spark.

Have More Sex

The stars do not always need to be aligned to engage in sexual intimacy. Commit to having more sex, more often. Focus on increasing your pleasure for the upcoming year.

It’s time to put the debacles of last year behind us.

Having empowering resolutions for sexual exploration means 2024 will begin with a BANG!
